Taormina Lane Community

Taormina is a community of homes situated around a one-half mile private road in the form of an oval. Situated in the City of Ojai it resides in the beautiful Ojai Valley of Southern California. The property owners of the community elect a Board of Directors to the Green Circle Service Corporation (a California nonprofit) that oversees the repair, maintenance and safety of the Taormina roads and the collection of trash and recycling within the community. A volunteer group of residents arrange monthly community activities. GCSC board meetings are open to community members.

Ojai is located 75 miles northwest of Los Angeles, 12 miles inland from the Pacific coast at Ventura, and 30 miles southeast of Santa Barbara. The Ojai Valley is found at the southern terminus of the Los Padres National Forest with the Santa Ynez range acting as the northern boundary of the valley.

The Taormina community has been designated a Historic District by the City of Ojai
